Our compliance program is based on Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and establishes a framework within which local privacy and data protection laws are respected, and it sets a baseline for those jurisdictions where there are no specific legal requirements.

• Training: all Sunburst Innovations employees are trained on an annual basis on privacy and security.

This Privacy Notice explains to individuals who access or use Sunburst Innovations' services, including those who interact with our websites, mobile sites, and applications (“Sites and Services”) (“you”), how Sunburst Innovations uses your personal data. This includes buyers, Sunburst Innovations merchants, and other Sunburst Innovations clients who trade as individuals, as well as website or app users. When Sunburst Innovations uses the word “buyer” in this Privacy Notice, this means any shopper or individual whose payment transactions may be processed using Sunburst Innovations' Sites and Services.

This Privacy Notice is global in scope but is not intended to override any legal rights in any territory where such rights prevail.
